General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Telli's Mod (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Buyer") for all purchases made through the website www.tellismod.com.
1. Seller Information Telli's Mod is a registered business with a VAT number, based in Italy. For any information, please contact us through the details available in the "Contacts" section of the website.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract These conditions apply to all purchases of products made through the website www.tellismod.com. The purchase of products is governed by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the Italian Civil Code.
3. Formation of the Contract The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the Buyer receives the order confirmation by email. Placing an order constitutes an irrevocable offer to purchase. The Seller reserves the right to decline orders in the event of product unavailability or payment irregularities.
4. Prices and Availability Prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The prices applied will be those indicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Payment Methods The Buyer may make payment by:
- Credit/debit card
- Klarna (instalment or deferred payment)
- Satispay
- Bank transfer
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the funds. Bank details will be communicated by email at the time of order confirmation.
6. Shipping and Delivery Shipping is available within Italy and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and are indicated at checkout. The Seller is not liable for delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure events.
7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send explicit notice to the Seller by email or contact form before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, intact and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the Buyer's expense unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, sealed items opened after delivery, or products unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds.
8. Legal Warranty All products sold are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided for under the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
9. Liability The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of the contract, the competent court shall be that of the consumer Buyer's place of residence or domicile. For business customers, the competent court shall be that of Milan.
For out-of-court settlement of disputes, the Buyer may use the ODR platform of the European Commission, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to the Conditions The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website. It is recommended to check this page periodically.
